Return Policy
At HealthCare Shop, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Our Return & Refund Policy has been designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling all return and refund requests. Please read the following carefully:
Case 1: Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Order
1a: If your product is damaged, broken, missing, leaking or incorrect, you must contact us at connect@hcshop.com.pk within 24 hours of delivery so we can address your complaint. Requests for these issues raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
1b: It is important to send us a picture of your Order product and Invoice found inside your parcel. This invoice is crucial for verification.
1c: Once verified (within 48 hours of your complaint), we will initiate a reverse pickup request from your address through our courier partner.
1d: Products must be returned in original condition (unused, all seals/tags intact). All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse. Requests may be declined if the product is returned used, broken, or in poor condition.
1e: After QC, if your claim is verified as correct, you will receive a refund or re-shipment of the correct item. If our QC confirms that the correct product was originally delivered, the return will be marked final and will be dispatched (delivery/dispatch charges are applicable and will be paid by the customer).
Case 2: Change of Mind
Return/refund policy is not applicable due to a change of mind.
Important Note: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. The customer's video will be reviewed by the QC team.
Timelines
* Reverse pickup: Can take up to 7 business days due to courier schedules.
* Complete return process: Can take up to 15 business days (including pickup, QC, and final resolution).
Online Refund Policy
After QC confirmation (referring to Cases 1 & 1E) or in the event of an order cancellation, customers may request a refund for online payments within 24 hours of return. Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind cases.

Payments made via bank card will be refunded only to the same bank account. Cash refunds are not available for online payments.
Once the refund is processed, the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 7–14 working days.
If the refund does not appear after this period, kindly contact your bank for further assistance.
