We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of having received your order.
Please note that healthcare shop will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 48 hours of having received your order.
If your order is unsealed, damage or dented upon delivery, please do not accept it from the rider and return it from your doorstep.
Healthcare shop will not be liable if an unsealed package is accepted from the rider upon delivery.
